Centers |
We have a Viewing Center where students can watch video versions of popular children's books. We also have a Listening Center where students can listen to an audio recording of a book. We have a Puzzle Center with fun and challenging hand held manipulatives, some of which are electronic. The Computer Center is a favorite. The students can play an educational video game or visit fun websites. The Browsing Box has unique and entertaining books that the students can thumb through; the Guinness Books, lift-the flaps, pop-ups, and hidden picture books are always fun. The Magazine Center accomodates students when they have a chance to browse the children's magazines we have available. |
