Discover Scholarship Program for Juniors
The Discover Scholarship Program awards up to $400,000 in scholarships annually to high school juniors nationwide to support continued education and training beyond high school.

Any current high school junior who has at least a 2.75 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale, is a legal resident of the United States, and plans to continue his/her education or training beyond high school in any accredited training, licensing or certification program or institution of higher education in the United States is eligible to apply.

Up to 10 scholarships of $40,000 each will be awarded.

Once you get to the above website, click on "Community", then on "Discover Scholarship Program".

You will then click on "Click here to apply" where you will create an account. You may complete the online application in any order you prefer. Data is automatically saved as you move from one page to the next. You may exit at any time and return to make changes or complete the process until January 31, 2010.

The application deadline is January 31, 2010. (The application process is quite lengthy so I recommend beginning the application as soon as possible.)

College Edge Scholarship for Juniors
CollegeEdge Scholarship
This scholarship in the amount of $1000 is available for juniors. You will need to create a Cappex profile if you don’t already have one. One profile makes you eligible for many different scholarships.
